Why is that? Because over the past 15 years I have been getting in contact with diverse people with whom I collaborated, built and learned, and the most valuable lesson I have learned is that you can’t do anything without joy, enthusiasm and sometimes you need a little bit of madness and courage.

I am Spa Business Consultant and Hospitality Customer Care Trainer with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and spa industry, which drives me to continue on this path, more involved, perseverent, with pragmatism when needed and lots of creativity.

I was part of the development team of several spa projects in the country, and in the last 8 years I managed to create and develop an essential training for the hospitality industry – Customer Care Training – – which I adapt from year to year, according to the needs of each industry that requires such training.
